讓我們害怕的不是自身的陰暗，而是自己的光明

我們常問自己：我是誰，竟敢如此聰穎、美麗、才華橫溢、光彩奪目？

其實，我們應該反問：你又怎能不是如此？

你是神的孩子

縮小自己，對這個世界並無益處

為了讓身邊的人更感安心而刻意壓抑自己，乃是無明之舉

我們生來就是要彰顯內在的神性之光，像孩子們那樣自然無懼

這樣的神性人人皆有，並不只存在於少數人身上

當我們容許自己發光，我們無形中也給予他人同樣的勇氣

當我們從恐懼中解脫，我們的存在本身，就會為他人帶來解放的力量

We are all meant to shine, as children do.

We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
